These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Euventures B.V. (KVK 42108936), trading as ScaleGate. They do not replace or amend a signed proposal, engagement agreement, programme agreement or facilitator agreement. Where a signed agreement covers a subject, that agreement applies.

Website content is general information. It is not a service contract, an offer, an investment recommendation, or legal, tax or immigration advice.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, any service, funding, an introduction, immigration eligibility or a government application. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities and fees exist only in a written agreement signed by both parties.

ScaleGate is not a visa-only service and does not sell stand-alone visa facilitation. ScaleGate does not present itself as a recognised facilitator, sponsor, immigration authority or law firm.

Government fees and any separately contracted facilitator or specialist costs are not included unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.

By submitting an application you confirm that you are entitled to share the information and any file you upload, and that it is accurate as far as you know.

Do not upload identity documents, financial statements, immigration documents or other sensitive material through the website form. ScaleGate may decline an application, stop progressing it, or request further information. Submitting an application creates no obligation for ScaleGate to accept it or to explain a decision.

The ScaleGate name, logo, page content, photography and design on this website belong to Euventures B.V. or to the people and organisations that own them, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party names shown on this website remain the property of their owners.

You keep ownership of your pitch deck, venture idea and any material you submit. You grant ScaleGate only the limited permission needed to review, store and discuss that material internally in connection with your application. No broad commercial, publication or promotional licence is granted.

• Do not use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Do not disrupt, overload or interfere with the website or its infrastructure.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
• Do not upload malicious files or content.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
• Do not infringe the rights of others.

This website links to third-party and official sources, including IND and RVO guidance. Those sites change over time and are outside ScaleGate’s control. Always check the current official source before relying on it.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page is free of error at all times. Content may change without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for fraud, intent or deliberate recklessness.

Liability limits, governing law and jurisdiction for any engagement are set out in the applicable signed agreement.
