The Dutch Startup Visa is intended for eligible non-EU founders who are building an innovative company in the Netherlands. Eligibility is assessed case by case.
Rules set by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) apply. IND makes the final decision on every permit application.
ScaleGate can act as facilitator within an active engagement, but we cannot guarantee that a permit will be granted.
